The High Priestess

The High Priestess has arrived to encourage you to develop your intuition.

The wisdom of the entire Universe is available to you if you give yourself permission to expand. 

Opening to, and trusting your intuition can feel daunting if you haven’t practiced it much, but the truth is it’s just like working a muscle in the body. 

At first it doesn’t feel very strong and you might not trust it to carry a big weight, but over time if you keep working it, it will one day be stronger than you could have ever believed.

You’d never start out by grabbing the biggest dumbbell in the gym and hoisting it above your head, and the same goes for working with your intuition.

Start with something really small first. Choose something where you feel comfortable enough to mess it up so that you take the pressure off yourself from making the “wrong decision”. 

Pay attention to the little inklings you get throughout the day when you are faced with choices. 

If a work colleague invites you to go to lunch and you get a tightness in your stomach or a feeling of caution maybe it’s wise to take a raincheck for another day.

On the flipside, if you get the idea to do something that might seem out of the ordinary, and doesn’t really make any logical sense but just “feels right” go with it! 

By playing around in these situations you’ll soon start to learn what your intuition feels like. 

The High Priestess reminds us that there is much to be gained from connecting with your intuition. Your intuition is the gateway into your unconscious self and is linked to the greater universal mind. 

Your intuition is particularly helpful for making decisions about things that are to do with the heart. 

This is an area where your  logical mind can find itself a bit out of its depth. 

Sometimes you might be reluctant to engage with the guidance of your intuition because it is encouraging you to do something that seems hard or your feel isn’t what you really want. 

When that happens, take some time to journal out your thoughts and really get to the bottom of what are your fears. 

Your intuition will only ever guide you into situations that are for your highest good.

You can always trust in that, even if the path can feel a little rocky along the way. 

Give yourself permission this month to play around with, and connect more deeply to your intuition.

Call upon the energy of The High Priestess if you need more confidence to develop this inner relationship.
